My journey started in February this year, 2026. I felt unwell all over. The worst of it was a headache at the back of my head that just would not shift. I was tired, feeling dreadful, training hard and somehow getting fatter and sicker at the same time. My blood tests were all heading in the wrong direction — cholesterol up, non-alcoholic fatty liver not going anywhere. All the classic signs of metabolic disease. The frustrating part is that I was doing the right things. I've dabbled in alternative health for years, I've tried plenty of different supplements and vitamins over that time with varied results, and I've got a great GP who's right into the alternative side. But I still felt like I was going backwards. I started on the lot — Boost, Prostate Plus, Mens Plus and Ultimate 4. For the first two months I actually felt worse, with a weird sore throat that hung around. I mentioned it to my GP and told him what I was taking, and he said it sounded like detox. I emailed Jeff and he came back with the same thing. So I stayed with the program. Sure enough, the sore throat went. Then the headaches went with it. I'm now at least six months in and I feel so much better. Better all over. I've also been following Jeff's advice alongside the products, and to date I've lost a good 12 kilos of stubborn fat. Having looked into this stuff for years, I recognised the ingredients in Jeff's formulas straight away. They're the best of the best of what I already knew about, all in the one place. I was taking the women’s bundle for a month. Felt the benefits almost immediately. Unfortunately due to postage, my recent order got lost. I didn’t have anything for 3 weeks. I have only been taking it for two weeks but have seen a slight improvement in the testing stick level - in relation to energy I am yet to feel any difference but understand it may take a bit longer than two weeks to feel an increase
