This depends on the type of fast and your goal. Most people actually do not fast. They time restrict eat. Any food restriction less than 24 hours is time restricted eating rather than fasting. The benefits of fasting beyond 24 to 72 hours comes from autophagy. The products will break this process. Beyond 72 hours this effect is reduced and it is advisable to have the products to support the detoxification process. Before 24 hours you can take the products.
