The boost 3 is so much better than the multivitamins i used to take and much better quality. Boost 2 is also effective . Can’t rate Jeff enough when Australia Post stuffed up my order. That’s how customer service should be.

My journey started in February this year, 2026. I felt unwell all over. The worst of it was a headache at the back of my head that just would not shift. I was tired, feeling dreadful, training hard and somehow getting fatter and sicker at the same time. My blood tests were all heading in the wrong direction — cholesterol up, non-alcoholic fatty liver not going anywhere. All the classic signs of metabolic disease. The frustrating part is that I was doing the right things. I've dabbled in alternative health for years, I've tried plenty of different supplements and vitamins over that time with varied results, and I've got a great GP who's right into the alternative side. But I still felt like I was going backwards. I started on the lot — Boost, Prostate Plus, Mens Plus and Ultimate 4. For the first two months I actually felt worse, with a weird sore throat that hung around. I mentioned it to my GP and told him what I was taking, and he said it sounded like detox. I emailed Jeff and he came back with the same thing. So I stayed with the program. Sure enough, the sore throat went. Then the headaches went with it. I'm now at least six months in and I feel so much better. Better all over. I've also been following Jeff's advice alongside the products, and to date I've lost a good 12 kilos of stubborn fat. Having looked into this stuff for years, I recognised the ingredients in Jeff's formulas straight away. They're the best of the best of what I already knew about, all in the one place. Considering the quality, I reckon they're good value. I've still got a journey ahead of me, but I feel far more positive about my overall health than I did in February. Im a little unsure if Im feeling any benefits. Started with 2 capsules per day for 2 months and now taking 1 per day. Maybe the 2 capsules per day is better than 1.

Not going to lie — the first couple of months were rough, had a weird adjustment feeling throughout my body and nearly pulled the pin. Look this is my first order of the Men's Plus+2. I'm only taking one capsule per day at the moment, mainly because I wanted to see if there were any adverse reactions with my blood pressure medications. I think it is helping but would like to give it more time.
