Testing and supplementing work best in combination. Place a drop of saliva on the test pad and wait 10 to 20 seconds. Compare the resulting colour to the chart included in the pack. Deeper pink indicates higher nitric oxide levels. Testing first thing in the morning before eating or brushing your teeth gives the most accurate baseline reading. Note that foods high in nitrates, such as beetroot, spinach, and rocket, can temporarily raise readings. This is a normal part of how nitrate-rich diets work.

I have only been taking it for two weeks but have seen a slight improvement in the testing stick level - in relation to energy I am yet to feel any difference but understand it may take a bit longer than two weeks to feel an increase
I have been taking these products for 4weeks now, and they taste delicious, however, I have not as yet, physically noticed any differences/benefits - but my levels are getting better each week when I test.

Unfortunately the lid was not on the jar properly and the product dispersed through the postage sachel. I did email Butterworth Health with photos but did not receive a response . As for the product we have been using it for 4 days and our tests still indicate we are in rhe bottom level being low . We have a very clean healthy organic diet , do not use mouthwash or fluoride toothpaste . We will see how we go after a another week .
After a week and a half we have seen a change in NO readings. Will continue to monitor our progress. My husband’s first reading was 0 and mine was 10. Looking forward to improvements.
